Services provided on the day of the event

• Management of ceremony and reception schedules with your suppliers
• Preparation and guidance of the supplier team so that everything runs smoothly during the course of the event.
• Preparation of small decor and detail items including wedding favors, ceremony candles, wedding programs, guest book, cake service, place cards, guest cards, table names or numbers, menu cards and seating charts , and other necessary details.

Ceremony Coordination

• Alignment of the wedding procession, including grandparents, parents and the bridal party by our team and wedding planner.
• Guidance from ceremony musicians if needed.

Reception Coordination

• During reception, we will work closely with the venue,
  catering staff, DJ or band, and photographer and videographer to ensure accurate upcoming events, announcements to be made, and smooth transitions for you and your guests during the reception event. This includes: coordinating the couple’s grand entrance, the first dance,
  toasts, cake cutting, bridal bouquet and garter, last dance, grand exit and any other events that are scheduled to take place at the
  event timeline.

Coordination of suppliers

• Contact link between the bride and groom and the professionals hired to provide services during the event.

cleaning supervision

• Supervision of reception cleaning, including collection of personal items from the bride and groom, such as guest book, Cake serving set, and other stationery objects.
• Working together with the person designated by the bride and groom to place their wedding gifts and personal items in their car or another place chosen for this purpose at the end of the ceremony. (​*)

Emergency kit

• We have a wedding day emergency kit that will be on site for the wedding day. This kit includes a wide variety of items such as bandages, pins, hairspray, wet wipes, scissors, ribbons, sewing kit and many other items to solve emergencies or needs that may arise on your wedding day.

* Caution: The removal of centerpieces and flowers, installation / removal
chair covers, transporting wedding gifts, removing
garbage are not included in the package.
